Our website, autofilldots.com is a wordplay on Autofill Docs, mainly to provide ease of use, streamlined & transparent invoice issuance to faciliate business processes for businesses with minimal invasion of privacy.

Autofill Dots doesn’t alter the business operations itself. It simply moves the paperwork from pen-and-paper into a simple digital format.

  • Invoice: traditional business documentaton/invoices done on printed forms and handwritten sheets.
  • Electronic Invoice (E-Invoice): the same invoice, but filled in on a computer device. The system helps with calculations, automated fills, and stores everything electronically.

At the end, Autofill Dots generates a list of Documents in PDF that you can share, email or print anywhere, just like a normal paper document.

  • Recurring plans: Document history is deleted once the plan becomes inactive. You are advised to download your files on each transaction. In fact, Autofill Dots is designed to encourage users to save their files on computer rather than on our servers.
  • All plans: Unlimited downloading of past document history while plan is active.

You may cancel anytime, but we regret that payments are non-refundable.

Certainly. Aside from slight latency delays you are to use it anywhere you deem fit but your region may follow different business standards, so please confirm local compatibility.

  • Enterprise Custom: customised workflows, integrations and computations.
  • Lifetime Licenses: For strategic long-term horizon users. Limited slots.

The website is designed to look simple. But underneath the surface we have implmented multiple security layers & safeguards such as hashing of cryptographic signatures, audit logs & more. All of it is to ensure that all parties uphold a honest & transparent process of bunkering operations.

Pricing Tiers are reviewed every bi-yearly. While undisclosed, we have a rough weightage of 10% social impact, 60% sustainability/profit and 30% R&D, adjusted for operating costs and economic conditions. This keeps our product sustainable without locking into a rigid list price.

We focus on integration and productivity. If you see strategic value, we are open to hear more from you.

No. One account is strictly tied to one individual user. You may use your own account across the different companies you operate in, but sharing your login with anyone else is prohibited. Detected account sharing can lead to an immediate ban with no refunds.

In addition, our system maintains detailed, time-stamped audit trails linked to each user company/identity/digital address. Using another person’s account — or allowing someone to use yours — may constitute impersonation under applicable laws and can expose both parties to legal and regulatory consequences.

Each Autofill Dots account is designed for one user (one login per person). Account sharing is not allowed.

As a company, you have two main options:

  • Option 1 – Multiple individual accounts: create separate Base or Enterprise Pro accounts for each user. All accounts can use the same company letterhead/logo, but each user has their own login and billing profile.
  • Option 2 – Enterprise Custom: a single company-level setup with integrations (e.g. internal systems, billing) and a management dashboard to oversee users, invoices and usage from one place.

If you’re not sure which option fits your team, start with a few Base / Enterprise Pro accounts and talk to us about upgrading to Enterprise Custom when you need central management.

We do not ban accounts because of document/invoice disputes. Autofill Dots only provides the documents – we are not the authority that decides the outcome of any disputes/discrepancies.

Bans are usually triggered by behaviour that risks the platform or other users. We operate a shadow 2-strike policy:

  • Abuse / tampering: attempts to bypass limits, manipulate data or interfere with system security.
  • Account / plan abuse: multiple accounts created under the same user to dodge pricing, or using lower-tier plans in ways that clearly exceed their intended scope.

Repeated issues can result in an account and/or IP-level ban without a separate warning. If you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us and request a review.

Unban requests carry a S$1,000 review fee and are subject to approval. Payment of the fee does not guarantee reinstatement.

Where possible, bans or suspensions are applied before or after bunker surveys to avoid disrupting ongoing surveys and stakeholders.

Please read our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: we use vetted third-party providers, aim for strong operational security, do not sell your data, and retain it only for legitimate purposes. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us immediately so we can suspend and investigate.

We do not save your documents and uses minimal data required to build your documents. Your information are protected with several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access and tampering.

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS): All traffic between your browser and our servers are secured over HTTPS.
  • Secure authentication: Account access uses authenticated logins with hardened, secure session cookies.
  • CSRF protection: Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection is enabled on all sensitive actions.
  • Web attack hardening: We follow OWASP best practices and regularly review for new vulnerabilities and perform penetration testing.
  • Audit logs: Internal, time-stamped logs track document views, edits, and signatures.

Autofill Dots was purposely designed to be intuitive and simple to use.

We currently accept payments through Stripe only.

  • Stripe (Cards): Pay securely using major credit and debit cards processed by Stripe.

If you require alternative arrangements, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

  • We cordon frauds, scams, and money laundering attempts. These violate our Terms of Use.
  • We implement various tools to detect potential fraud / phishing attempts. The methodology is classified.
  • We may periodically reach out to verify businesses manually and take investigative measures where needed.

No. Autofill Dots does not handle your business transactions. Your transactions between you and your customers are private.

You may include your own bank details for direct transfers. For security reasons, most of our surveyed users prefer direct bank transfers to save transaction costs.

We do not intend to introduce invoice payment processors (e.g. Stripe / PayPal) for customer payments. (Subscription billing is separate from invoice payment handling.)

You can upgrade from Plus to Pro, and adjust the number of users in your Pro workspace anytime as a Billing Administrator under Profile Management.
