Hello, I am pleased to see you here. Many businesseses including myself, very often spend time dragging company logos, pictures, typing manually off an excel or word document template. Autofill Dots sole purpose is to make documents, invoices, and everyday business operations easier; start to end with clicks. The idea was to create a practical tool that helps people prepare documents in the most simplistic manner while keeping prices as low as possible.

Currently, we offer 16 documents mainly relating to business operations with 5 languages. For Singapore businesses, we have the option for Paynow SG QR Code payment for your clients. If you have a particular document or would prefer a more personalized custom template meant for internet use or within certain business ecosystem that will inherit the existing selection/autofill process workflow, feel free to contact us.

Additionally, we will be InvoiceNow/PEPPOL/BILS Billing 3.0 UBL Compliant within months. As far as we understand, it is mainly a Government-procurement requirement standards. Autofill Dots will also streamline the process on the back-end as long as you are registered. While mandatory in certain countries, users will still be able to opt-out like how its being configured in our navigation bars.

Finally, we strictly do not save or sell your data/documents. Most of our logic of building documents only requries the bare minimum information. As a trade-off, we are unable to retrieve any past invoices if you lost it, so be sure to save and back-up every exported documents!

In the future, I am excited to introduce a suite of personalized AI-agents that will handle building/tabulate PDF/documents on your behalf, through messaging apps or voice commands, without any increase in the current prices. Think of it like your own personal staff. Imagine the time & cost savings!
